Hello and welcome to my website! I hope you enjoy the site and please feel free to email or call me with any real estate or Charleston area questions. As a full-time Realtor, I help both buyers and sellers in the Charleston, SC area. I’m a life-long resident of Charleston and have lived or owned property in many of the surrounding areas and islands. Charleston is a beautiful city with magnificent landscapes and charming character. I was very blessed to have grown up here and I truly treasure all of the amazing experiences that the Charleston area has to offer.
My degree is in Math and Computer Science and I graduated with honors from Clemson University. I began my professional career as a Computer Programmer and Analyst. After taking a break to raise our three children, I decided to return to work in the Real Estate field in 2008. My experiences of helping people buy and sell property and homes has been very rewarding. I thoroughly enjoy giving my clients great services and successful transactions.
My analytical background and attention to fine detail have served me well and have been very beneficial in representing my clients. I am a good listener and very attentive to my clients and I work very hard to make sure my clients either find the perfect home at the right price or get the best deal possible in a reasonable amount of time for their home. I am certainly not the Realtor who puts a listing on the MLS and sticks a sign in the yard and waits for the calls. I am extremely knowledgeable about how important internet marketing and technology tools are affecting the Real Estate Industry. In fact, approximately 90% of home buyers begin their search on the internet before they ever contact a Realtor. I make sure that my listings are marketed both traditionally and on the internet and get the most advantageous exposure.
If you are considering selling a home in the Charleston area or buying here, I would be happy to meet with you and help you accomplish your goals.
Best Regards,
Brandy S Keener
Charleston is home to many beautiful resort islands including Kiawah Island, Seabrook Island and Wild Dunes. You may have heard of Kiawah Island Resort near Johns Island with its many golf courses, beautiful beaches and exquisite luxurious accommodations. The Ryder Cup and the PGA Championship were both hosted by the resort and held on The Ocean Course. Seabrook Island is adjacent to Kiawah and offers two golf courses, equestrian facilities, tennis courts, and several indoor and outdoor pools including two directly on the ocean. While less well known, this beautiful and private island is not to be missed. Wild Dunes is on the north end of Charleston on the tip end of the Isle of Palms. It also boasts ocean front facilities, golf and tennis.
